Who I Am
Behind every title I have earned, whether student, leader, founder, or NFL operations team member, there is a story shaped by resilience, faith, and relentless work. Nothing about my journey was given. Every step was earned. I built myself through discipline, presence, and a belief that purpose is not something you wait for; it's something you create. It is something you grow into through courage, consistency, and unwavering trust in the process. That mindset has carried me into every room I step into today.
The Journey That Built Me
I grew up moving between three different Deaf schools in Indiana, Maryland, and Texas. Each one shaped my identity, my character, and my ability to adapt and lead in environments that constantly changed. The hearing world became another proving ground. At Frederick Community College, surrounded by a predominantly hearing student body, I refined my communication skills to a level where confidence became a matter of survival. Target and FedEx were not just starter jobs. They were battlegrounds. They taught me professionalism, pressure, accountability, and the ability to advocate for myself in fast-paced environments where no one slowed down for me. Those years laid the foundation that allowed me to walk into high-level spaces, such as NFL stadiums, university leadership roles, and entrepreneurial meetings, with a presence that speaks before I do.

Today, that foundation fuels everything I touch. In NFL stadium operations, I bring intensity, precision, and leadership to environments designed for tens of thousands of fans. In entrepreneurship, I am building Astro, a Deaf led business launching this spring that represents innovation, accessibility, and culture. My work ethic, confidence, and communication skills come from years of showing up, pushing through challenges, and refusing to let any barrier define me. My faith has been the anchor through every risk, every setback, and every breakthrough. It is the compass behind every decision I make and the reason I walk with certainty toward the future I am building.
I stand where I am today because I put the work in when no one was watching. My passion comes from experience. My confidence comes from repetition. My leadership comes from learning how to thrive in both the Deaf community and the hearing world. My purpose stems from the values I hold and the conviction that I am meant to build something greater. Everything I have built so far is only the foundation.
I do not just show up at opportunities. I elevate them.
I do not adjust to environments. I raise the standard inside them.
Every room I walk into, I bring leadership, purpose, and impact that cannot be ignored.
This is who I am.
And this is only the beginning.
